4. Account Creation and Responsibilities

To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information, which may include your name, email address, phone number, business details, workspace details, identity information, tax information, payout information, and billing information.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information;

  • Keep your password and login credentials confidential;

  • Immediately notify Snapdm if you suspect unauthorized access;

  • Maintain accurate billing, contact, identity, and payout information;

  • Use Snapdm only for lawful and authorized purposes; and

  • Be responsible for all users, team members, clients, contractors, or other persons who access Snapdm through your account or workspace.

Snapdm may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is being used in a manner that violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party platform rules, or the security or integrity of the Service.

5. Verification and KYC

Certain Services may require identity verification, KYC, business verification, social-account verification, payment verification, address verification, tax information, or other documentation.

You agree to provide accurate and authentic information and documents when requested.

Snapdm may restrict access to Campaigns, payouts, Credits, advertising features, or other Services until applicable verification requirements are completed.

Snapdm may conduct additional verification or request additional information where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, comply with law, resolve disputes, process payments, or protect the Platform.

6. Connected Accounts and Permissions

When you connect a social-media or other third-party account, you authorize Snapdm to access and process the account information necessary to provide the features you enable.

Depending on the permissions granted and features used, this may include account metadata, posts, comments, messages, story replies, automation triggers, media identifiers, conversations, analytics, contacts, and related information.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to connect the account;

  • Ensuring your automations comply with applicable platform rules;

  • Reviewing automation messages before enabling them;

  • Monitoring account activity;

  • Disabling workflows when necessary;

  • Maintaining current permissions and access; and

  • Keeping connected accounts properly authorized.

If a connected account is disconnected, expires, becomes restricted, or is no longer authorized, certain features may stop working until the connection is restored.

7. Relationship With Third-Party Platforms

Snapdm may integrate with third-party platforms, including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, payment providers, analytics providers, notification providers, hosting providers, and other technology services.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, API rules, permissions, limits, review processes, and enforcement decisions.

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for complying with Instagram, Meta, and other applicable platform rules;

  • You will only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage;

  • You will not use Snapdm to bypass platform restrictions, API limits, anti-spam rules, or security controls;

  • Third-party platform changes may affect Snapdm functionality; and

  • Snapdm is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.

Third-party actions may include account restrictions, reduced reach, permission revocation, API limitations, suspension, takedowns, disconnections, failed delivery, delays, policy enforcement, or account bans.

Snapdm is an independent software service. References to Instagram, Meta, Facebook, or other third-party platforms do not mean that Snapdm is owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or officially controlled by those third parties unless expressly stated by Snapdm.

8. Creator Accounts and Marketplace

Creators may create profiles, connect eligible social-media accounts, complete applicable verification, and become eligible to discover and participate in Campaigns.

Campaign visibility or eligibility does not guarantee:

  • Selection by a Brand;

  • Participation;

  • Campaign approval;

  • Payment;

  • Earnings;

  • Future Campaign opportunities; or

  • Any particular level of income.

Snapdm may determine or modify Campaign eligibility based on factors including profile information, connected account information, Content, audience information, Campaign requirements, verification status, compliance history, availability, and other legitimate platform criteria.

9. Brand Accounts

Brands may use Snapdm to create Campaigns, discover or collaborate with Creators, advertise products or services, manage Campaigns, and use other available Services.

A Brand represents and warrants that:

  • It has authority to promote the products or services included in its Campaign;

  • Campaign information is accurate and not misleading;

  • It has the necessary rights to its trademarks, images, videos, products, and other Campaign materials;

  • Its Campaign complies with applicable law;

  • Its Campaign does not knowingly infringe third-party rights; and

  • It will comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, privacy, disclosure, and other requirements.

10. Campaign Creation and Publication

Brands may create Campaigns using Snapdm's Campaign tools.

A Brand is responsible for reviewing all Campaign information before publication, including:

  • Campaign requirements;

  • Campaign Budget;

  • Deliverables;

  • Creator eligibility requirements;

  • Deadlines;

  • Product information;

  • Content requirements;

  • Review requirements; and

  • Other Campaign conditions.

Snapdm may establish minimum budgets, fees, eligibility requirements, Campaign formats, spending requirements, or other conditions.

Snapdm may review a Campaign before publication and may approve it, reject it, request changes, or request clarification.

A Campaign is not considered approved merely because a Brand has created or submitted it.

11. Campaign Credit

A Brand may be required to add sufficient Credit before publishing a Campaign.

Credit assigned to a Campaign is not permanently reserved or locked solely because the Campaign has been published.

Subject to applicable Campaign rules and Snapdm's systems, unused or available Credit may be used for another Campaign.

Campaign Credit may be used, adjusted, released, reallocated, or otherwise handled based on Campaign activity and Snapdm's applicable policies.

If a Campaign is cancelled, rejected, suspended, completed, or otherwise becomes inactive, Snapdm may determine how unused Credit is handled.

Where appropriate, unused Credit may be returned to the Brand's available Credit balance and may then be used for another Campaign.

However, return of Credit is not guaranteed.

If Snapdm determines that a Brand has violated these Terms, Campaign requirements, applicable law, or Snapdm policies, Snapdm may retain, adjust, restrict, or otherwise determine the treatment of some or all applicable Credit, subject to applicable law.

12. Published Campaigns and Campaign Changes

A Brand must carefully review its Campaign before publishing it.

Once a Campaign has been published and a Creator has participated in the Campaign, the Brand may not unilaterally edit or materially change the Campaign requirements.

This includes material changes to:

  • Deliverables;

  • Compensation;

  • Deadlines;

  • Content requirements;

  • Product requirements; or

  • Other material Campaign conditions.

If a change becomes necessary after Creator participation, the Brand may submit the requested change to Snapdm for review.

Snapdm may:

  • Approve the change;

  • Reject the change;

  • Request clarification;

  • Request additional information;

  • Require a new Campaign;

  • Modify the Campaign where appropriate; or

  • Take another reasonable administrative action.

13. Creator Participation

A Creator participating in a Campaign agrees to comply with:

  • Campaign requirements;

  • Deliverables;

  • Deadlines;

  • Content specifications;

  • Brand requirements;

  • Snapdm policies;

  • Applicable advertising and disclosure requirements; and

  • Applicable law.

Creators must not knowingly submit fraudulent, misleading, copied, infringing, unauthorized, or otherwise prohibited Content.

A Creator is responsible for ensuring that submitted Deliverables satisfy the applicable Campaign requirements.

14. Drafts, Revisions and Resubmissions

Depending on the Campaign, Deliverable, and Campaign stage, a Creator may be permitted or required to submit a draft for review.

Where changes are requested, the Creator may be permitted to submit another draft or revised Deliverable.

The number of permitted revisions or resubmissions is not necessarily fixed and may be two or more depending on the Campaign stage, requirements, Deliverable, Brand requirements, and Snapdm's requirements.

A Brand or Snapdm may reject a submission where it does not satisfy the applicable requirements.

A Creator does not have an unlimited right to revise or resubmit Content.

15. Brand Review Rights

A Brand may review Creator submissions and Deliverables during applicable Campaign stages.

Subject to the Campaign requirements, a Brand may:

  • Approve a submission;

  • Reject a submission;

  • Request changes;

  • Request clarification;

  • Request additional information; or

  • Take another action permitted by the Campaign.

Brand requests must remain reasonably connected to the Campaign requirements.

A Brand must not use the review process to materially expand a Creator's obligations beyond the agreed Campaign requirements without appropriate approval.

16. Brand Review Deadlines

Snapdm may specify a period within which a Brand must review a Creator submission or complete another required Campaign action.

The Brand is responsible for completing the required action within the applicable period.

If a Brand fails to take the required action within that period, Snapdm may take reasonable administrative action on behalf of the Brand to keep the Campaign moving and protect the integrity of the Campaign.

Depending on the circumstances, Snapdm may:

  • Approve or reject a submission;

  • Request changes or clarification;

  • Move the Campaign to its next stage;

  • Determine the status of a Deliverable;

  • Close or cancel the Campaign;

  • Release or reallocate applicable Credit; or

  • Take another reasonable action permitted under these Terms.

Any such action is taken for Campaign administration and does not make Snapdm the legal agent, employer, partner, or representative of the Brand.

17. Snapdm Review, Moderation and Approval Rights

Snapdm reserves the right to review, moderate, approve, reject, restrict, suspend, remove, or request changes or clarification regarding any:

  • Brand;

  • Creator;

  • Campaign;

  • Deliverable;

  • Content;

  • Advertisement;

  • Product or service;

  • Account;

  • Payment;

  • Payout;

  • Credit; or

  • Other activity conducted through the Platform.

Snapdm may exercise these rights at any stage, including:

  • Before Campaign publication;

  • After publication;

  • Before or after Creator participation;

  • During Content review;

  • Before payout;

  • After Deliverable submission;

  • During a dispute; or

  • After Campaign completion.

Snapdm may request evidence, documents, verification, clarification, or other information from a Brand or Creator.

Snapdm may, where reasonably appropriate:

  • Approve;

  • Reject;

  • Request changes;

  • Request clarification;

  • Hold a payment;

  • Reject a payout;

  • Suspend a Campaign;

  • Cancel a Campaign;

  • Restrict an account;

  • Reallocate applicable Credit; or

  • Terminate an account.

Snapdm will exercise these rights in accordance with applicable law and its legitimate interests in maintaining the safety, integrity, fairness, security, and operation of the Platform.

Snapdm's review or approval does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification, or warranty of a Brand, Creator, product, service, Content, Campaign, or Deliverable.

18. Creator Payouts

A Creator does not automatically become entitled to payment merely by participating in a Campaign or submitting a Deliverable.

Creator payouts are subject to the applicable Campaign requirements and Snapdm's approval for payout.

Before approving a payout, Snapdm may review:

  • Campaign completion;

  • Deliverables;

  • Brand feedback;

  • Creator compliance;

  • Campaign requirements;

  • Account activity;

  • Fraud or abuse indicators;

  • Unauthorized activity;

  • Disputes;

  • Applicable policies; and

  • Other information reasonably relevant to the payout.

Snapdm may approve, reject, hold, delay, or otherwise determine the status of a payout based on the circumstances.

19. Creator Payout Processing — T+2 Business Days

Once Snapdm approves a Creator payout, the payout will generally be processed on a T+2 business-day basis.

For purposes of this provision, "T" means the date on which Snapdm approves the payout.

The T+2 period means two business days following the payout approval date.

The T+2 period refers to Snapdm's payout-processing timeline and does not guarantee the exact time when funds will be credited to a Creator's bank account or payment account.

Actual receipt may be affected by:

  • Banking systems;

  • Payment providers;

  • Public holidays;

  • Incorrect payout information;

  • Compliance checks;

  • Technical issues;

  • Regulatory requirements; or

  • Circumstances outside Snapdm's reasonable control.

Creators are responsible for providing accurate and valid payout information.

20. Payout Rejection, Hold and Forfeiture

Snapdm may reject, hold, delay, suspend, or cancel a payout where it reasonably determines that a Creator has:

  • Violated these Terms;

  • Violated Campaign requirements;

  • Submitted fraudulent or misleading Deliverables;

  • Performed unauthorized work;

  • Used unauthorized methods;

  • Manipulated Campaign metrics;

  • Engaged in fraud or abuse;

  • Failed to complete required Deliverables;

  • Used Content without appropriate rights;

  • Materially breached Campaign requirements; or

  • Otherwise failed to satisfy the conditions applicable to payment.

Where a violation is established, Snapdm may determine whether any amount remains payable to the Creator, subject to applicable law.

Snapdm may request clarification or supporting information before making a final determination.

21. Unauthorized Work

Creators must not perform additional or materially different work outside the authorized Campaign requirements and then claim payment for such work unless the additional work has been properly authorized.

Snapdm may reject payment for unauthorized work.

Brands must not materially expand a Creator's obligations beyond the agreed Campaign requirements without appropriate authorization.

22. Physical Products and Creator Addresses

Some Campaigns may involve the shipment of physical products, samples, merchandise, equipment, or other items to Creators.

Where shipment is required, a Brand may request the Creator's shipping address through the Snapdm Platform.

Creators must provide accurate shipping information when required for Campaign fulfillment.

The Brand and Creator will be responsible for shipping-related costs, return shipping, customs, duties, or other delivery expenses according to the applicable Campaign terms.

Snapdm does not guarantee:

  • Product availability;

  • Delivery times;

  • Delivery success;

  • Product quality;

  • Product condition;

  • Product authenticity; or

  • Return delivery.

Brands must use Creator address information obtained through Snapdm only for legitimate Campaign-related purposes and must not use it for unrelated marketing, solicitation, harassment, or other unauthorized purposes.

23. Product Returns

Where the applicable Campaign requires a Creator to return a physical product, the Creator must comply with the applicable return instructions and deadlines.

If a Creator fails to return a product as required, Snapdm may review the circumstances.

Following review, Snapdm may take appropriate action, including:

  • Holding a payout;

  • Rejecting a payout;

  • Restricting Campaign participation;

  • Suspending the Creator account;

  • Blocking the Creator from Snapdm; or

  • Taking another action permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

24. Brand Cancellation

Once a Creator has participated in a Campaign, the Brand may not unilaterally cancel or materially alter the Campaign in a manner that defeats the agreed Campaign requirements or materially prejudices the Creator.

A cancellation request after Creator participation may be subject to Snapdm review.

Snapdm may determine the appropriate treatment of the Campaign, including whether:

  • The Campaign continues;

  • The Campaign is cancelled;

  • Deliverables continue;

  • Credit is released or reallocated;

  • A payout is made; or

  • Another appropriate action is taken.

25. Campaign Disputes

Where a dispute arises between a Brand and Creator regarding a Campaign, either party may use the dispute process made available by Snapdm.

Snapdm may request:

  • Content;

  • Deliverables;

  • Messages;

  • Documents;

  • Shipping information;

  • Payment information;

  • Evidence;

  • Screenshots; or

  • Other relevant information.

Snapdm will review the dispute and determine an appropriate course of action based on the applicable Campaign requirements, these Terms, Snapdm policies, available evidence, and applicable law.

Snapdm may:

  • Approve or reject a Deliverable;

  • Request changes or clarification;

  • Approve or reject a payout;

  • Hold a payout;

  • Release or reallocate Credit;

  • Close a Campaign;

  • Restrict an account; or

  • Take another reasonable action.

Snapdm's dispute review does not make Snapdm a guarantor of either party's performance.

26. Advertising and Ads OS

Snapdm may provide advertising and Campaign-management functionality through Ads OS or other advertising Services.

Depending on availability, Brands may select Campaign objectives such as:

  • Views

  • Leads

  • Sales

Brands may set applicable Campaign Budgets and other Campaign parameters.

Advertising performance may depend on factors outside Snapdm's control, including:

  • Third-party platforms;

  • Algorithms;

  • Audience behavior;

  • Market conditions;

  • Content;

  • Targeting;

  • Tracking;

  • Attribution; and

  • Technical availability.

Snapdm does not guarantee any particular number of views, leads, sales, conversions, revenue, engagement, or other business results unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Snapdm does not guarantee that AI-generated output is:

  • Accurate;

  • Original;

  • Non-infringing;

  • Legally compliant;

  • Suitable for a particular purpose; or

  • Free from errors.

The user remains responsible for the final Content and decisions made using AI tools.

Subject to these Terms, Snapdm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Snapdm for your authorized business or creator workflow during the applicable period of your account or subscription.

  • Use automation in a manner that may damage platform trust, recipient safety, user experience, or Snapdm infrastructure; or

  • Use Snapdm in a way that may reasonably trigger third-party platform enforcement because of misuse, spam, mass messaging, deceptive engagement, or policy violations.

Snapdm may suspend or terminate accounts, Campaigns, automations, workspaces, or specific features if misuse has occurred or continued access creates legal, platform, security, operational, or reputational risk.

32. No Guarantee of Results

Snapdm provides software, automation, marketplace, advertising, AI, and Campaign infrastructure.

We do not guarantee:

  • Follower growth;

  • Sales;

  • Revenue;

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including Content, offers, audience, account history, platform policies, message quality, compliance practices, market conditions, third-party systems, algorithms, Creator performance, Brand actions, and user behavior.

33. Plans, Subscriptions and Billing

Snapdm may offer:

  • Free plans;

  • Paid plans;

  • Trials;

  • Promotional offers;

  • Monthly subscriptions;

  • Annual subscriptions;

  • Add-ons; and

  • Usage-based Services.

Available plans, features, limits, prices, billing cycles, and payment methods may vary by platform, region, account type, offer, and availability.

Paid features may require an active subscription.

If your subscription expires, is cancelled, fails payment, is refunded, or is downgraded, access to paid features may be reduced, suspended, or limited according to your plan status.

Snapdm may change plan names, pricing, features, limits, or billing terms from time to time, subject to applicable law and the terms shown at checkout or renewal.

34. Apple App Store Subscriptions

If you purchase a Snapdm subscription through the Apple App Store or inside the iOS application, payment will be processed by Apple through Apple In-App Purchase.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple's required App Store terms for Apple-managed purchases, Apple's required terms will apply to the extent required by Apple.

35. Web, Android and Other Payment Methods

For purchases made outside the Apple iOS application, Snapdm may use payment providers such as Razorpay or other third-party processors.

Payments may be subject to the terms, fees, taxes, refund rules, and processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.

You authorize Snapdm and its payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and other charges for the plan or Service you select.

Snapdm may introduce, modify, or restructure fees and pricing from time to time.

Snapdm may maintain internal commercial arrangements, platform fees, commissions, margins, service charges, or other commercial economics relating to Campaigns and Services.

Unless disclosure is required by applicable law or expressly stated by Snapdm, users are not entitled to disclosure of Snapdm's internal commercial arrangements or calculations.

37. Cancellation, Renewal and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation method available for the platform through which you purchased.

For iOS App Store subscriptions, cancellation must be managed through your Apple Account settings.

For web or Android subscriptions, cancellation may be available through the Snapdm billing dashboard, payment provider portal, or customer support, depending on the payment method.

Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated by the payment provider.

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase platform, payment provider, plan terms, applicable law, and Snapdm's Refund Policy.

Refund Policy: https://snapdm.app/refund

Snapdm may refuse refunds where permitted by law if the Service has been used, the billing period has already started, the issue resulted from platform policy enforcement, or the request does not meet the applicable refund terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights applicable to you.

38. Trials and Promotional Offers

Snapdm may offer trials, discounts, coupons, limited-time offers, or promotional pricing.

Such offers may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, duration limits, regional availability, and platform rules.

If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the applicable price and billing cycle will be shown before purchase or according to the applicable checkout process.

Snapdm may apply fair-use limits, rate limits, abuse-prevention controls, platform-safety controls, and technical restrictions to protect Snapdm, users, connected accounts, third-party platforms, and recipients.

If usage is unusually high, harmful, abusive, risky, or outside normal expected use, Snapdm may limit, throttle, suspend, or require an appropriate plan upgrade.

Such features may:

  • Be less stable;

  • Change frequently;

  • Contain errors;

  • Be removed;
