This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for SnapDM paid subscriptions offered by ONE WEBSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED and processed through our payment provider.
Overview
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as described below or where required by applicable law. By subscribing, you authorize ONE WEBSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED (via our payment partner) to charge the payment method you provide according to the plan, price, and billing cycle shown at checkout and in your billing portal.
Subscription nature
Paid access is provided on a recurring basis (for example monthly or yearly) unless otherwise stated. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel according to the cancellation process in your account.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing or account settings available in the product. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund fees already charged unless a refund applies under this policy or law.
When we may issue a refund
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Chargebacks
